About Custom Orders
Design your own jewellery and we’ll make it for you. You can send an image, or word for us to resin into jewellery. Add any of the available accessories. Create your design! Once finished, email us the colours, and hashtag codes of the items you’ve chosen.
We will email you back an estimated time of creation and the price.
Creation begins as soon as proof of payment has been received.

Pricing and Payment
Pricing depends on the materials and size of your order. All the available options have prices on them, meaning you can calculate the price of your design by yourself. However, we will provide you with a summary of your order and full price within 1-3 days of receiving your email.
All customs must be paid in full. No custom orders are created until we receive a proof of payment.
Please beware, Dress to Express does not provide refund for a custom order payment that are made.
How Long do Customs take?
This depends on various factors, such as weather. I will email you an estimate time of creation, allowing you to decide if you are willing to wait the allocated amount of time for your product or not.

Majority of our products are made from Brass, Iron, Sterling Silver and stainless Steel. If you have any allergies, please inform us, although we will make sure to ask. Sterling silver is the most expensive metal, and the most hypoallergenic metal available.
Cord and Thread
We primarily offer faux sued cord and waxed polyester cord. However, you may request leather, or other materials, and we will let you know if we are able to get that material for your order.
