Shipping and Payment Information
Shipping
We ship anywhere in South Africa. No international orders.
We use the Courier Guy (Door-to-door courier) for all our shipping needs. Orders take approximately 1-3 days to be processed. Shipping itself typically takes 1-3 business days. However, due to Covid-19, shipping may take longer.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is R90, except when we have Flash Sales. Shipping can be between R75-R60 during Flash Sales (such as our Black Friday Flash sale).
Damages
Dress to Express is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package our items as securely as possible to ensure damages are unlikely to occur. If you receive your order damaged, please email raingofknowledge19@gmail.com and send photos of the damages. This will help us improve our packaging methods for future orders.
Payment
- All payments must have the order number, or your name, as a reference.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to rainofknowledge19@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 071 889 0979.
- All orders that are not paid for within 7 days will automatically be cancelled.
- Cash deposits cost an extra R50, in order to cover the bank fees associated with them.
Payments can be made via PayFast (using your credit card), or Standard Bank.
We recommend paying us using PayFast, or making a direct EFT into our Standard Bank.
